Research Sensors for Roll-to-Roll

SunOptical has been developing research sensors for Roll-to-Roll electronics manfuacturing process since 2013, working with Prof. Mark Poliks and his team, Center for Advanced Microelectronics Manufacturing, at Binghamton University, Endicott, NY.

PV-100 Autofocus defects sensor with liquid lens
Inline Microscope motorized 3-mag of 2X, 10X, 50X
Reflectometer spectrometer on the microscope
Roughness Imaging   light-scattering surface analysis
Profile Sensor measrues profile of line structure
